FEMALE GENITAL MUTILATION ADVOCACY
This project focuses on raising awareness of FGM, using UNFPA as a proposed sponsor. I was inspired by UNFPA's goal of ending FGM within one generation
and created the slogan from that. Quotes detailing the experience of the women are debossed using letterpress, to invoke the image of a scar. My goal was
the present the subject and facts in an informative, non-judgmental, and unapologetic manner, while remaining respectful of the women and their cultures.
Series includes poster, postcards, booklet, and takeaways.
